Refund policy
Our Return & Refund policy lasts 30 days FOR NON-CUSTOM ORDERS. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping prices will be deducted from ALL refunds, to help maintain and defeat the return abuse we receive as an online e-commerce business.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
IF THE PRODUCT, is not returned in the same manner it was delivered, there will be a restocking fee up to 20%.
High-value orders can and will be denied refund or return for any reason. If you do not have evidence that your order was damaged during transit or damaged during unboxing, we cannot cover that cost and should immediately be handled by the USPS.
Fraudulent Orders
Any orders received on Mattlabelinc.com will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled. There is a system in place to detect any risk of fraud on the order, to bypass this issue, please reach out to us via the contact page.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges, please send the product back for testing and refund.
Shipping
Return Shipping Labels will be paid for by the customer via deduction from refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
